What is OneNet?
OneNet is a network solutions company based in the Philippines. We provide small to medium businesses with flexible internet solutions, network management, and maintenance & support.
What areas does OneNet cover?
While we do not have our own network yet and rely on the networks of our partners, coverage areas for our dedicated lines will depend on each carrier’s reach. For FiberAir, coverage will depend on the location’s proximity to a cell site.
What is Dedicated Fiber?
Internet delivered on fiber-optic lines, dedicated fiber is also known as a symmetrical connection, with a 1:1 ratio. With dedicated fiber, you have speed, reliability, privacy, security, equally fast upload and download speeds, as well as unlimited usage. In addition, you also have the flexibility for phone calls, VPN access, and other internet & data services.
What Fiber plans are available?
Depending on your business needs and objectives, our packages range from 10Mbps to 1Gbps and more.
How long does installation take?
Depending on whether we have facility or presence in the location, installation can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to complete.
What is OneNet FiberAir?
Delivered on an industrial-grade LTE router, OneNet FiberAir is fast, wireless internet with unlimited data allocation with speeds up to 25Mbps.
What types of support does OneNet offer?
We offer both onsite & remote support for our clients, depending on their needs. For onsite support, it’s on a full-time or on-call basis.
